I really like your ideas - I've slowly but surely been gamifying my practice as a classroom teacher, and I find your ideas about play really chime in with my own feelings in this area. II'm teaching a course based around Role Playing Games of the table top variety this spring term - which will surely be an interesting experiment! I look forward to reading more of your work and seeing more here in the future - a happy new year from Iceland!
